DogGO is a marketplace application that offers safe and professional dog walking, pet sitting/boarding, and pet hotel reservation services for pet families.

At DogGO, walkers and sitters undergo comprehensive theoretical and practical training, as well as evaluations through quizzes and observations. Only 10.8% of applicants qualify to become Walkers on DogGO.

DogGO boasts over 15,000 Walkers situated in every neighborhood of Istanbul, with services also available in Ankara and Izmir.

Walking services on DogGO are tailored for individual dogs, complying with specific safety guidelines and customized to suit each dog's needs. Walks are strictly one-on-one with no group sessions, ensuring personalized attention.

Walks are offered in 30, 45, and 60-minute durations.

Your payment details are securely stored through Iyzico, ensuring the privacy of your information. No fees are charged upon walk request; payment is processed only when a Walker or sitter is matched and services are approved through the system.

DogGO offers three types of walks:

<li>Instant Walk: Immediate dog walking service within 1 hour.</li>
<li>Planned Walk: Scheduled walks on a specific day and time of your choice.</li>
<li>Recurring Walking: Regular walks arranged in a set routine with the same Walker to establish familiarity.</li>
</ul>

DogGO's Customer Services team provides support throughout every step of the process to ensure a seamless experience for you and your pet.

DogGO Home Care Service is available in two options: at your home or in a sitter’s home. All sitters are accredited by DogGO after completing walking and sitting training.

The Care Service provides various features:

<li>Receive real-time updates on your pet's activities through notifications.</li>
<li>Access photos of your pet throughout the day via the system.</li>
<li>Contact your sitter at any time through the app.</li>
<li>Sitter service includes two daily walks for your pet with live tracking available during walks.</li>
<li>Receive an end-of-day report summarizing your pet's activities.</li>
</ul>

In addition to sitting services, DogGO can recommend trusted Pet Hotels for your convenience; reservations can be made directly through the app.
